SGFRA Inc. was formed in 1974 with a charter to provide referees to the various competitions run by the St. George Soccer Association.

Get started.

The St George Football Referees Association runs entry courses, most commonly at the start of the season, to enable you to take the first step on your refereeing journey.

Renew today.

Don’t forget that it’s time to renew your referee license if you’re planning on refereeing again next year. Find out more about SGFRA’s Recertification Process.

Training info.

Players train to improve their skills, so should referees. SGFRA’s Upgrade Process is the training ground for referees to further develop their refereeing skills.

SGFRA Inc.

Recently SGFRA Inc. have made the move from Charles Pirie to Peakhurst Park Synthetic for our training nights and moved from Thursday night sessions to Monday night sessions.

This was the result of our most recent membership survey where there was almost 85% of members preferring a move to Peakhurst!!

Training has been an absolute delight a these top notch facilities over the past few weeks with steady numbers and a really focused training approach from the coaching group led by Jenny Bray!!

Here’s some wonderful shots from our last session where we had over 65 members attend the session!!

I love this guys keep up the great work the game won’t survive without quality referees. Great job to all involved

Tougher then the Prime Minister’s gig, good work guys✊✊

This was so awesome!! 🤩

Those numbers are fabulous but also add weight to the fact Carss Park FC need a synthetic pitch as The Warriors were also temporarily moved to Poulton in order to allow young players in walking frames to play more easily.
